Tree of Life

A meaningful way to make a gift in memory of, or to honor a special loved one, is to sponsor a leaf on a “Tree of Life”. A spectacular 6.5 foot bronze tree with gold leaves is displayed in the family room of the Kitty Askins Hospice Center. When we receive your gift of $100, an engraved leaf will be placed on the Tree of Life.

All donations help support the Kitty Askins Hospice Center and Hospice Programs of 3HC. All of our hospice patients have terminal illnesses, such as cancer, congestive heart failure, etc., and have a life expectancy of six months or less. The success of our hospice program depends upon the monies generated by donations, memorials and fundraising activities. These funds help us meet the needs of our patients by offsetting the costs of medical care, medications, medical equipment, etc., for those whose insurance and personal finances are insufficient to cover their care.

Dedication ceremonies will be held throughout the year to commemorate your loved one. You will receive an invitation to the ceremony taking place closest to the completion of your leaf.
